The name comes from lonsdaleite — a rare hexagonal form of diamond forged when meteorites strike the Earth. It shares the same carbon foundation as ordinary diamond, but its hexagonal lattice makes it significantly harder under extreme pressure, with a Vickers Hardness Value of 165 GPa. HEX stands for the hexagonal architecture at the heart of our system. 165 is the hardness score — a symbol of the resilience we deliver when the regulatory pressure is at its highest.
